What is the Challenge of Divorce? Goal Based Planning Meets this Challenge!

Psychologist Ken Waldron and family law attorney Allan Koritzinsky have almost a hundred years of experience working in the family law arena. We have written two books for attorneys and mediators, applying Game Theory principles to negotiation and mediation strategies, transforming the divorce process into a cooperative goal-based planning process. Those books are:

Game Theory and the Transformation of Family Law

and

Winning Negotiation and Mediation Strategies in Divorce

both of which can be ordered from Unhooked Books (unhooked books.com), Amazon and other on line book sources.

We will be posting blogs on various divorce topics both for professionals and for the public, starting next week with “What’s Wrong with this Picture – an analysis of the traditional family law system and how it tricks divorcing parties into self-defeating choices.
